The 15th International Conference on Cochlear Implants and other implantable technologies, the Ci2018 Conference, will be organised in the International Congress Centre of Antwerp – FMCCA. This Flanders Meeting & Convention Center Antwerp, also known as the Elisabeth Center Antwerp is the new concert and conference venue in the heart of Antwerp.

This brand new, one-of-a-kind, concert and conference hall is part of a fully developed and state-of-the-art conference centre and can be combined with the existing rooms of Antwerp ZOO and with the zoo itself. The Elisabeth Center Antwerp stretches out over 25,000 m², with 30 breakout rooms and a capacity of 2,500 guests. With its unique setting in the heart of the city of Antwerp, adjacent to the Central Station, the Elisabeth Center offers conference and concert organisers an attractive location.

The Flanders Meeting and Convention Center Antwerp is open for business since November 2016. The venue is already in high demand for international conferences. The FMCCA is located at the heart of Antwerp ZOO, the highly esteemed nineteenth century zoo. It offers guests instant CSR through conservation. Networking in A Room with a ZOO. No city other than Antwerp can boast an international conference centre in the exclusive location of one of the oldest and best kept 19th century zoos of Europe. The FMCCA is part of the ZOO Foundation, a home for animal welfare, nature conservation and science. This means that the FMCCA is socially relevant and embedded in the fabric of the ZOO.

By car:
Getting to the Elisabeth Center Antwerp the smart way, by train.

A lot of roadworks are planned in and around Antwerp in 2017. The smartest way to get to the Elisabeth Center Antwerp is by train.

NOTICE: Antwerp ZOO is situated in a low emission zone (LEZ) which the city of Antwerp is reinforcing as of 1 February 2017 to enhance air quality. From then on, the most polluting vehicles will be banned from the city centre. Use the online test to see if your car is allowed to enter the zone and demand a temporary permit or day pass if need be.

Parking with discount
At Parking Station ZOO (formerly Nova) and Parking Breidel, visitors of the Elisabeth Center Antwerp get a special discount.
Parking Station ZOO (formerly Nova):
visitors of the Elisabeth Center Antwerp pay €4 for a day ticket.
Parking Breidel:
visitors of the Elisabeth Center Antwerp get a 50% discount on the normal hourly rate.

Don't forget to ask attendants in the Elisabeth Center Antwerp to validate your parking ticket! A good number of car parks are available in the immediate vicinity of Flanders Meeting & Convention Center Antwerp. Electronic signposts announce the location of car parks and free spaces (purple zone). The nearest car park is Q-Park.
